What is the return policy?
Because every Paranoid Print is a limited edition and made-to-order, I don’t offer change-of-mind returns.
But, I’m not here to leave anyone stuck with something they’re unhappy with.
If your print arrives damaged, flawed, or not what you expected, message me and I’ll sort it immediately. Zero drama.
When will I get my order?
Everything is made here in NZ.
Typical turnaround:
Unframed prints: 3–5 working days
Framed prints: 5–10 working days
Delivery: Usually 1–3 days NZ-wide
You’ll get tracking as soon as it ships.
Can I see the artwork before it ships?
Yes, I send a photo of your framed piece before dispatch, especially for larger frames or gift orders.
It’s just a nice way to see exactly what’s arriving.
Are frames included?
Each artwork includes a pair of hanging frames complimentary, but our premium frames are not included.
We sell the Art prints and frames separately.
You can add a premium frames from the Menu. If you order an art print and a frame we will frame it for you for free. The artwork will be ready to hang when you receive it.
